What is the GEO Score?

The GEO Score is a 0–100 index measuring your brand's visibility across AI answer engines. It is the average of organic and web-search metrics per engine - excluding classic Google organic SERP rankings. It includes ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity (including web-search variants), Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode where your plan includes those engines. It combines detectable mentions, position, and per-engine performance. Every value is verifiable in the saved responses for each analysis. RAG simulation is shown separately in the gap panel.

Which AI engines are supported?

We support ChatGPT (OpenAI), Grok (xAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity. On the free plan only ChatGPT is available; paid plans let you compare all four at once. On eligible paid plans, Google research features (Google Search / AI Overview / AI Mode monitoring) are also available - not only the four LLM engines above.

How does an analysis work?

We index up to your plan's page limit (relevant public site content for RAG), analyze the brand profile (sector, services, location), generate personalized prompts, and query the engines in your plan. Results feed your GEO Score, competitor ranking, insights and history. The onboarding analysis does not count toward your weekly quota.

What are indexed pages?

Public pages from your brand site stored for RAG context (grounded simulation and technical checklist). Limits per plan: Free up to 8, Starter 20, Authority 40, Agency 50 pages per brand. We pick the most relevant URLs (services, FAQ, case studies, etc.), not the entire site.

Do I need to configure API keys?

No. LLMscope manages the connections to AI engines for you - you do not configure or paste API keys in the dashboard. Analyses use the engines included in your plan; start one manually or wait for scheduled monitoring. RAG simulation (grounded) compares organic responses with indexed site context and does not replace live engine queries.

What is scheduled monitoring?

Each brand has a single weekly schedule that runs the full analysis automatically - using the brand's active prompts. You can pause or resume the schedule at any time.

What's the difference between GEO and SEO?

SEO optimizes for traditional search engines (Google, Bing). GEO optimizes for generative AIs that answer users directly. The goal is to be cited and recommended in answers - not just appear in a list of links.

Does the free plan have limits?

Yes: 1 brand, 4 custom prompts, 1 analysis per week (4 per month), and ChatGPT only. It's ideal for trying the product. When you need more engines, prompts or analyses, upgrade in Plans.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. You can switch plans anytime in Plan & Billing. Subscription management (cancel, payment method) is handled in the Stripe portal. The free plan requires no credit card.

Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
