Account data (name, email, preferences), usage data (brands, websites, prompts, analysis results), billing data processed by Stripe, and security logs.

We analyze public website content you provide to deliver GEO monitoring.

Contract performance: service delivery, account management and support.

Legitimate interest: product improvement, security and abuse prevention.

Legal obligation: retention of billing data as required by tax law.

Consent: marketing communications when applicable and non-essential cookies, if any.

We use subprocessors: Stripe (payments), Mailgun or equivalent (transactional email), and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity) when configured for analyses.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request account deletion in your profile area.

Under GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by contacting info@llmscope.pt.

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access control and per-account data isolation.

The LLMscope app for iOS and Android uses the same account and data as the website. On your phone it stores, encrypted, only your session and app preferences.

If you allow notifications, we register a device identifier to send alerts (for example, when an analysis finishes) through the Expo, Apple and Google notification services. You can turn notifications off at any time; signing out or deleting your account removes the identifier.

The app has no advertising or cross-app tracking and no in-app purchases.
