Online Dispute Resolution

1. European ODR platform
Under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, for disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts, consumers residing in the European Union may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission.
This platform allows you to submit a complaint through a single electronic form, which will be forwarded to the competent alternative dispute resolution entity.
